The crisis was somehow avoided. The croissants de pâtissier (there ain't no yeast, fools) turned out just fine. So really, does anyone know whether Bottletree makes their croissants with yeast or not? Does anyone feel bored enough to find out for me? Yeah? No?

Also, the excess of the puff pastry dough is going to be built into napoleans, so if you're super crazy about vegetarian junk food, ask me about the veggie potluck this Friday. Hooray!
