finally an update!
my lazy ass has finally decided to update! starbucks has provided me with a much needed energy boost so i'm feeling great. plus lauren had asked me before to update hehe so i figured no better time than now
my life in a nutshell has been football. i haven't had a day off since aug. 1st. i'm crazy busy and don't have much of a life outside of it. but the good thing is, i absolutely love it. i love the atmosphere, i'm working with a great group of people, and i'm learning a lot. i couldn't ask for a better experience. it's going to be an adjustment when i leave in less than a month :( i went into football nervous and kinda disappointed. i didn't want to start my year off with football, but i def. had a change of heart and i couldn't be happier with where i ended up.
i'm also working this semester of school and more than likely for the rest of the year. i'm coaching gymnastics at a gym in bloomington. i love it :) it's great being able to be back in the gym coaching. gymnastics has always been a part of my life and i'm glad i'm still able to be involved in it. of course, i still like to pretend that i'm a gymnast ;-) ha! my body hurts after i attempt anything...i'm old
school this semester isn't too demanding. my classes are fairly easy as of now. i don't study as much as i should because after a long day at football homework is the last thing i want to do. i'm not sure what my schedule will be like academically next year i'll have to figure that out when the right time comes.
i miss my family, boyfriend and my friends. i'm sorry that i haven't been able to keep in touch much. football is draining. after being there so long i just need time to myself. i hate that aspect of the sport because i miss my everyone more than anything so be patient until i switch to my next rotation!
i love my new place! it's great :) i love my roommates too. although at times i get annoyed, i'm still adjusting to living with other girls, and i know it will all work out for the best. they are great and we have a lot of fun together! plus we have the best pet ever. his name is henry, he's a turtle.
hmm...what else...i turn 21 soon :-D yay!! i'm seeing ben folds in nov. i met john mellencamp this summer. i got attacked by a bat (no joke) i cant wait to watch next week's episode of grey's anatomy
