Hugo Weaving. Okay, I'm totally crushing on him right now because I just saw Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. But he's so adorable, in a quirky, big-foreheady kind of way. And he makes a good bad guy, too, and he even manages to be sexy under the V mask. Maybe it's just that good acting is always sexy.
Rene Auberjonois. Without heavy makeup, he's sort of... the best of Sam Waterston and Hugo Weaving combined, come to think of it. Adorable and quirky, but with that sexy ruggedness and sharp features, too. Then there's the growly voice. I even find him sexy as Odo, under all the makeup. I think it's those "bedroom eyes" that Odo's so famous for...

Talk about improbable crush...hell, I must have been 13. He was in his mid-fifties? Which doesn't seem all that old to me anymore, but was a good four times my age at the time.

I hadn't thought of Rene Auberjonois, but yeah, I can see that. Great voice. God, I love that.
And GREAT BIG YES on Hugo Weaving. He does it for me in a big way. Any time he's on screen, regardless of the role, I can never take my eyes off him. And wow, that pic you linked is pure hotness! *happysquirm*
