I am changed
and you are the reason-
unsure of whether it is good or bad.
Confusion is muddled in my head
and my heart is stretched in all directions.
My head would tell me what is best,
but my emotions are stronger.
The pulse that is conveyed throughout me
renders me incapable of logic and
overcome with a feeling.
A feeling that never ends,
and may only perhaps become faded.
My perception is fogged, but maybe it will clear
and I shall begin to see another path.
I'll go on with your memory's shadow
and keep its happy warmth.
I will have to decide on the road to follow,
hoping it will lead me to you once again.
If it does not, know that I cannot go back
and life will never be the same.
