as i get older, i have a way easier time fucking people than actually getting to know them. i think this is normal by todays standard, which is pathetic when i stop to consider this. but it's the corniest thing ever to say, like. i want to KNOW you, cuz that's a pick up line too, and i'm sure it works lol but then afterwards we'll never actually call each other. hm. dating is a game full of rules that change all the time without anyone knowing it. its a constant stab in the dark.
people dont have time for each other anymore. i mean, we do, but... time spent on interpersonal communication devices equates to less time hanging out for real. now we're so connected yet we're so disengaged at the same time. its weird.
i wonder.. if using cellphones really DID cause cancer. then what? i bet we'd still use them
and they'd still sell them.. but with warnings and pictures like cigarettes. haha. and maybe they'd automatically hang up on you after 5 minutes when the magnetic field was considered too much of a health risk, and then most of the time we'd just call whoever back and keep talking. lol. typical addicts.
