Placed a call to the apartment manager today for the place at hermitage (ha, haha), and he called me back when he got home from work (architect by day, apartment mogul by night).
Looks like I'm at about 80% right now. They still have to talk to Todd (my direct boss), who has been out of the office the last two days, and the property manager from our last apartment in Anchorage. They were kind of jerks, but I don't see it being a huge problem. All the worrisome stuff went through, so I think I should be home free.
There's still a slight chance for disaster, of course, but I'm going to do everything I can to NOT think about that.
Official celebratory dance should take place on monday. Watch this space.
