Conquered

I think I've finally conquered my usual 2.5 mi course. I found my pace where I'm barely tempted to start walking (and I only did when one part of it went over a bit of gravel road with holes, because there's no way I'm running on that in the dark). By how much my music player went through, I'm at about 7 min/mi pace. Not exceptional competitively, but I'm not really going for great speed running at night anyway. A few more runs like this and I might add another half mile to it. I would have this time had my hands been less numb, actually. The nausea (mostly from the drastic temperature change) and exhaustion right after coming inside are lesser than ever now too. Maybe I should wear gloves or something. I would wear at least a long sleeved shirt if the underarmour shirt didn't keep me almost too warm.

And now for green tea in celebration for a run well done.
