Recovered

Lots of extra sleep Monday caught me up and got me feeling nice and rested. Had a good couple hour nap after school before going to work, then got to sleep kind of early so I could wake up at a good time this morning to do a little homework. It is good to feel rested, though I'm still feeling a bit tense compared to normal. Though I wasn't too happy to walk to school just to find that my first class today was cancled, so now I'm back home for an hour before walking to school for my next class.

Work has been going well, everyone there is getting friendlier and friendlier with me so that's been nice to start to get to know some of them. I got my 60 day review the other day, even though it had only been 35-40 days since I started work they were just going through for others employees and decided to get me in there as well. They said I'm doing about as good as possible with the time I've been here, a meet all requirements on everything. Apparently normally new employees don't make that in all catagories, so they're happy with me.

On a side note, a pair of missionaries stopped to talk with me and my roommate on our way home from school yesterday. One really didn't say a word, and the delivery of the other was pretty flawed. I would have been more open to talking with them if they acted a bit friendlier at first instead of jumping right into trying to convince me to listen. At least his tone stayed friendly, although a bit assertive, however he lost it a bit after having to backtrack on what he was saying 3-4 times. The quiet one had a better feel to him, I think it would have helped if he spoke up some as well. Though I never mind a good discussion about religion as long as the other side keeps their mind open to what I have to say. It also probably didn't help my interest that I was dead tired at the time ;p(this was before I got home to take a nap), and already knew about what they were saying from talking with others before as well as some reading. Oh well, it was at least interesting, I'd seen them biking around the area pretty often before.
