Breakfast burrito, with coffee
Snack:
5 small cubes of cheddar & a few broccoli pieces
Lunch:
Shrimp ceviche with avocado, sauteed cactus, ¼ avocado, corn tortilla, & coffee
Snack:
5 small cubes of cheddar & a few broccoli pieces
Dinner:
1cp serving of Italian sausage, bell peppers, onion, chick peas, in tomato sauce with bow tie pasta
