I'm still carrying a little hope that - Maybe things could be different now - Is that so wrong?
So my Grandma's sister (my great-aunt?) lives in California... and my Grandma talked to her today.. and she is in an area where they are trying to get people evacuated (due to the forest fires - in case you have no idea what I'm talking about).. but my (great) aunt said that there are fires all around her, so she basically has no where to go. That's so scary... I didn't realize how serious these fires were.
My grandparents are leaving tomorrow.... as much as I absolutely love having them here.. it will be nice to have my room back. Having no where to go for 2 weeks is a bit stressful. It's good timing too since I have lots to do this week.
Meghan's birthday is this weekend so she wants to celebrate Wednesday evening... should be a fun night with the girls. And it's a week off from bowling so it will be good to still have something to do.
Sunday I am going to Kelly Clarkson!! Ahh! I'm so excited.. it came up so quick.
I was telling Joey this a little bit ago.... today was definately a "I want to go back away to Ferris" day. I don't know why. I love going to school in Detroit & the campus, but just the people today were driving me crazy or something. I think part of it is I don't have much interaction with anyone.. I just go to class & see Chuk every once in awhile. But I don't have much time anyway... WSU is a better school for my academics, so I just have to keep that in mind... and maybe this will kick my butt into gear to graduate. :-P I just really really miss Ferris. It's odd.
Sometimes I just wish I could push "pause" and take in a deep breath.
