Thanksgiving 2 Post-Game
Well, Thanksgiving 2 was a rousing success. The turkey was golden and delicious(with only a slight false start with a 5-yard penalty), the potatoes were mashed and slathered in gravy, and the other various and sundry dishes were hits as well; the ones I made, as well as the ones brought from various other homes. Many stories were shared, Mom got to see firsthand how James and I are in our natural habitat. My brother and his kin all had a great time, and had the distiction of coming from the farthest away(St. Joseph, MO). Maybe some brave spirit will break that record for me next year.
All in all, a very good day.
