I have no idea on Fatty Arbuckle(I'm not very versed in silent movie-era comedians), but the other two I can handle:

Maureen O'Hara was in McLintock with
John Wayne who was in How the west was won with
Eli Wallach who was in Mystic River with
Kevin Bacon!

and:
Lauren Graham was in an episode of 3rd Rock From the Sun with
John Lithgow who was in Footloose with
Kevin Bacon!

Audie Murphy was in The Unforgiven with
Audrey Hepburn who was in Always with
Richard Dreyfuss who was in What About Bob with
Bill Murray who was in Ghostbusters with
Dan Aykroyd who was in Blues Brothers with
John Belushi who was in Animal House with
Kevin Bacon!

(I did have to look up the name of The Unforgiven, but that was it, I swear)

Ken Curtis was on an episode of Airwolf with
Ernest Borgnine who was in McHale's Navy with
David Allen Grier who was in The Woodsman with
Kevin Bacon!

(That one's not fair, I just saw that episode recently)

Esther Williams - ??

Anthony Simcoe was on Farscape with
Ben Browder who was on Stargate SG-1 with
Richard Dean Anderson who was on MacGyver with
Bruce McGill who was in Animal House with
Kevin Bacon!

Christopher Eccelston was in Gone in 60 Seconds with
Nicolas Cage who was in The Rock with
Ed Harris who was in Apollo 13 with
Kevin Bacon!

(There were a LOT of choices on that one :-P )

Esther Williams is almost cheating as she'd only done those big production swimming movies back in the 40s-50s. lol I'm impressed at the Audie Murphy and Ken Curtis ones, though.
