I don't this it's possible to be more annoyed right now.
I know I know....another rant by Malkah. Sorry folks, It has to go somewhere.
So, lets see. Had surgery #1 on my fistula and recovered from it, I'm back in my wheelchair and able to move around some. The E coli infection was cleared as well. THat was most off last week. Friday, after as scary period of time where I had convulsions adn 103 degree fever, it was figured out that I had yet another bacterial growth. A new one that I had never had before. Somehow, I caught this while being in the hospital. In teh dialysis catheter!
So, new antibiotics, more blood cultures and tomorrow, a second arm surgery. I am just beyond tired and concerned, I've been here almost 3 weeks and it's not showing any signs of leting up.
Let's add insut to injury. I have 2 roommates, one is my girlfriend who has been a life saver, and the other is this woman I've known for a whjile now who needed some help. She came to stay with us around new years ish. Actually, before that before christmas. She was told that she didn't have to pay rent if she helped around the house and if i was hospitalized, that it was her duty to help out as much as she can. Since I have been in here, she has done NOTHING. She makes excuses for everything. So, here I am stuck with trying to convince my husband and lady to kick this woman out and neither of them are comfortable with confrontation. I don't even know what to do right now. I can barely spare the energy to deal with the doctors, and the nurses and what not and this woman is making my family miserable and causing all kinds of stress to enter the house that's totally unnessessary. *screams in frusteration and goes to hide somewhere
