What I am Reading

Lately, I’ve found myself reccing fanfiction and authors like crazy. It seems it’s getting harder and harder to find good stuff, and, quite understandably, not everyone has the time and patience I have to browse and search archives, forums and people’s f-lists trying to find the latest (or oldest) good fic.

Great reccs ^.^. I read the first chapter of "A little more time" the other day, but my PC died and then I went to do other things and never finished it ^^u.
I have a couple of reccs:
"The Dark Lord’s Blog": written after HBP, is VERY funny (a total crackfic) and only has 8 or 9 chapters, but it actually has a plot.
"Saving Connor" and its sequels, is a huge AU, an I mean it: for starters, Harry is a Slytherin and has a brother who is the boy-who-lived. It's much better than it sounds, though, there is some Dumbledore-bashing, a lot of drama, nicer!Draco to be paired with Harry, and some magic that looks like it's from Dragon Ball ^^u, but most characters are pretty much IC, considering the AUness, and the universe makes sense.
I liked those two fics very much, though the Saving Connor saga is kinda long.

Thanks! I'll go check out The Dark Lord's Blog now, Saving Connor will have to wait 'till I'm done with uni. Once I start, I won't want to let go.

I thought I'd better point out you've referred to Snorkackcatcher as "her" though. I don't know if it's a typo or if you didn't know, but Snorkackcatcher was my ALMT beta and is definately a "he". :)

Belatedly, thanks for the rec! I've finally got around to friending you back -- IIRC originally I looked at the journal and only saw one post in Spanish and thought it was just a watcher journal. Sorry. :)
