Butch finally sent me the legal description of Brown Lease in Stephen Co. OK. It is 160 acres shut in gas lease and asking price is very reasonable. I did some checking was unable to find any stable production history on it. He said he was also trying to find some information in this one particular lease in Creek Co. for me. RJ is not returning his calls as well.
Vicki, B. called and told me about this 3000 acres gas lease in Washington Co. I called the guy, Zack and discussed it with him. He said that it was repossesed deal from the bank.
