For those just tuning in, I have made the past 10 years of my LiveJournal private, since I hope to have a career one day, haha.
Went to Montichello today with Becca cause we were bored and had cabin fever like woah. For some reason, I never went there before...my school system gypped me. It was an enjoyable trip...they didn't show you much of the house, though, like 4-5 rooms. Dunno what that was about. Saw his grave, too. Pretty cool to be from Virginia where there's so much history. Pretty cool I'm related to him, too. Everybody from Virginia is related to somebody cool, though. Becca and I decided that when we have houses and incomes one day (ONE DAY), we're going to host elaborate parties where everyone is required to dress in period clothing and we will have entertainment and wine. Sounds pretty refined if you ask me, hahaha.
Becca told me picture texting is free with Verizon now, so I spent an hour unloading my phone to my email account. Sure hope she was right!!! Else I owe Mom like $20.
Went to Kmart to buy underwear...but Fruit of the Loom apparently goes by some mysterious sizing system that is not standard. Have to return it ALL. They act like their main business isn't underwear.
Got a bite back from one of the 3.4 million jobs I've applied to. I have been selected to take an exam next week in Boulder to qualify for an interview for an office assistant at the University of Colorado. I have limited office experience and I'm overqualified, so I don't think I'm gonna drop $400 on a last minute plane ticket to waste my time. Though Vinny does have an extra ticket to the Big Gigantic show that same day that would be pretty amazing to go to. Boo.
Got no work done today due to my many travels to Charlottesville, China Wok, and Covington. Took care of a few sundry items, though. Will have to buckle down tomorrow. If I don't pass my exams, I will be extremely versed in Sociological theory for no good reason. That would be pretty dumb.
Tomorrow's Friday...I have nothing planned! Cause I live at home!!! And nobody else lives here!!!! Another date with the statistics textbook! Borangatang.
