Stomach Acids and You :
I have a wretched case of food poisoning due to drinking sour milk. Dad just bought it today.. but uh.. well, it went bad somehow. JJ and I both got ill.. and well, we're fine. Just been drinking Pepto Bismol. It works wonders when you drink it .. like.. in a shot.
My lovely, wonderful, beautiful, brilliant daughter did something completely idiotic this evening. I was keeping her up to finish the bedroom that she so easily destroyed and when I left the room, she grabbed a colored pencil and lit it on fire with my candle. I walked in, smelled the scent of burning wood and immediately ripped her off the bed and grasped the burning pencil behind her. Then? You might find this completely irrational, but I showed her that fire hurts. I put her hand over a candle, quickly and really harmlessly - but she felt the sting and cried over how cruel I was. But she won't be touching my candles anytime soon, let me tell you.
Now, the room is nearly cleaned and my daughter hates me. Go figure. Life sucks - but I'm living through another day without my room burning down around me, so it's not as bad as it could be. :D
I found a region-free DVD player on Ebay for like.. fifty bucks. It's beautiful. I want it. The end.
