XD Eleven/River fun. And fic news.
XD. I never knew writing a sex scene with comedy in mind could be so...well, funny.
The Doctor and River have this little exchange in my Eleven/River fic that carries on from 11 Times, which involves that 2 day period. In which the Doctor is wondering why he would call his last orgasm, when he finally finishes, the Big Bang. River gave him her usual 'spoilers' answer.
Eleven: “Alright, guess I’ll find out the hard way, when the time comes.”
River: “Oh, and time will.”
Yes, she does mean it in that way. Needless to say, the Doctor is confused as to how that happens.
So, for the next few days I'll be writing this story, though it may take longer than that, as I am going to be pretty busy the rest of this week with RL things. But I have started on it this morning, before I start with the shopping that's needed...bweh.
Also, I have started on the next chapter of Help!, in which the Doctor breaks in his new diary and Martha has a chat with Donna.
Before anyone asks why I decided to write parts in diary form...that was the plan from the beginning. It's in the original story's warnings. It gives a more personal way of showing what is on the Doctor's mind, without him lying to himself. And, like when he was with Jeremy, he is trying to be as truthful as possible in the diary (as he sees it as a new form of therapy.) It's a bit odd to write, because it is in first person.
It'll be esy to tell what is diary entry and what isn't, and hopefully doesn't detract too much from the story itself. Also, not all entries will be shown, so don't worry about that either. Just during 'big' moments.
