So I went to a Christmas party with Jenny yesterday with a bunch of her friends. Good times all around. What I find highly amusing is that after we watched Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas (a story in which we learn that the true meaning of Christmas is not the progranda-filled, commercialized holiday that retailers would like us to believe), we proceeded to do our white elephant gift exchange in which we open (or steal) presents in order of the number we've drawn and the biggest presents always go first. Interesting.
Just for kicks, I went to myheritage.com and uploaded a photo to see which celebrities I resemble. I used the photo that I've been putting on my profiles for facebook and myspace. These were the results. I kid you not. From the 2400 celebrities in their database, these are the ones supposedly resemble according to their face recognition program:
- Hilary Duff 73%
- Cameron Diaz 65%
- Gladys Knight 61%
- Charlize Theron 60%
- Julia Roberts 60%
- Isabel Allende 57%
- Kate Winslet 56%
- Lucy Liu 55%
- Michael Shumacher 52%
- Patricia Arquette 51%
Huh? Must be the big smile. That's the only thing I can think of. Funny how the one Asian actress on the list is the one of the ones I least resemble.
Oh, and for those interested. Third clue to my kick-ass present: it's something I've wanted for a really long time and something most of you already have or have had in your life but for me, it'll be my first.
Time to wrap presents for my co-workers. Yay to commercialization.
