(no subject)
Crazy week...
Boy has 2 midterms and 3 assignments.
I'm on-call on Wednesday.
In-laws are arriving on Friday afternoon, staying until Monday. (If there's any doubt, everyone is glad that they are coming. My mom-in-law is far from the monster that most women seem to inherit. Both the hubby and I will be sad when they have to leave. We are so so so excited to show them our house! We did good for people who are just "starting out". Somehow, hubby is now already saying how this house "isn't that big", this after spending months convincing me that 2000 sq feet is more than enough for the two of us. There's some talk of subletting the place in a couple of years, this after telling me for the last few months that he doesn't want to move again for the next 20 years or so. Mind you, he is also looking into investing in oil, so you kind of have to wonder where his sanity is. I'm blaming it all on midterm stresses.)
House is starting to look like a page from a home decorating magazine...at least the downstairs.
Good thing that I have a whole week of vacation starting on Friday at 5 PM to work on the upstairs!
