While living on the corner of Chestnut and Saginaw, I was outside on the porch one evening. A cop had pulled some guy over, and I watched as smoke started slowly pouring from the guy's car while the cop was running his info. After a few minutes, flames started licking around the edge of his hood, and the guy was franticly waving at the cop, afraid to get out of the car.

By the end of it all, a firetruck was dousing the smoldering wreck. While scribbling out a ticket for speeding and no insurance, the cop just said "bad day, huh?".
Poor sunofabitch.

I thought of this last night, standing on the edge of the highway, as smoke billowed from my hood.
Cracked radiator is a helluva thing.

A 600$ quote later, I'm waiting to head over to deal with it. I called Lansing Radiator, and got a 200$ quote. Which means I'm getting that bitch towed.

On other thoughts, I'm happy to have woken up with Bad Religion - Infected in my head this morning.

And why is it that long after dating that women finally realize just how much they appreciate someone?
