bread making adventures
A few days ago I got an awesome birthday gift from two great friends, a le creuset cast iron casserole dish. the first thing I did was run off and make bread according to this recipe 1 2. The results were amazing first time around :) Definitely going to try and get into a rhythm of making this every 1 to 2 days, keeping up a regular supply of fresh bread for the house.
