Not that important but I must be bored!
I would like to thank those who posted in a previous entry in reguards to which kind of manga project I should try my hand at. You know who you are, I know who you are so yeah. ^^; Anywhoo I've chosen to write a story/manga about a school of exocsists because I'm really into the whole supernatural thing. =) I'm gonna call the thing "Hexed". Look up the meaning of the word if you need and you might get why I chose the meaning. ^^
Of course the main character, I've decided, is going to be female. I'm debating what kind of personality I'm going to give her. =P I don't want her to be a ditz or your typical goody-goody that everyone loves. I'm sick of those types of characters. I've given her a name already too. Hana Guthrie. I know it's a manga and it should probably be Japaneish but I don't know much about Japan at all so giving my characters random Japanese names would be incredibly foolhearty of me.
I had some really strange ideas for the male protagonist. He's a demon called a 'Nightmare'. I don't think it's too hard to figure out what he does right? He's a shapeshifter that haunts people's dreams because it's his job. I'm not sure how I'm going to make his character either. Again I'm not wanting to go for a complete bad-ass or a goody-goody and I hate those 'mysterious' characters with no parents and no recollection of their own past...that's really annoying. I'm calling him Des which is supposedly the name of a Celtic god of the night and underworld in this baby naming book my mother has.
Anyways, Hana is a student at this school which I am currently calling the University of the Paranormal (the excorsist school). And she's also a member of SIN, a group of supernatural mercenaries. ^^
I haven't figured out a main villian yet. =P Or what exactly it is I want the message to be. I'm going to just have to keep writing and see where this takes me.
I started some character designs but they suck so far. =P Gonna need to draw some more.
Also need to do some Women's Studies homework today. Joy.
