The health problems of men often miss their best chance for treatment and lead to serious blunders, because these problems are easy neglected by men due to their careless and informal character. Many males’ health problems are caused by their bad habits in daily life. The most common ones are the followings:


1.The Prostate Suffers a Lot by Eating Spicy Food and Drinking Too Much

Almost half of the 50 years old males are troubled by the prostatic disorder. Eating spicy foods and drinking too much do harm to the prostate, which will lead to some sequelae such as the excitor substance produced by the urine, the high pressure in the bladder and the backflow of the urine in the prostate etc. and then give rise to the probability of the prostatic inflammation.

2.  Excessive Smoking and Drinking May Lead to the Functional Disorder

Smoking will lead to the reduction of sperm counts. Data indicates that if a man smokes 20 cigarettes a day, the survival rate of his sperm is only 50% and various abnormal sperm will be raised. In the sperm of the long-terms drinkers, the sperm counts decline obviously and the rates of ED, infertility and feminine trends of men increase evidently.

3. Ignoring Hygiene Leads to the Reproduction Inflammation Easily

Men don't pay much attention to the genital hygiene. If they do not take notice of the genital hygiene, their genitals are easy to breed bacteria and become illnesses that cause some andrology diseases such as balanitis, urinary tract infection, prostatitis, epididymitis and then influence the sexual life or even cause infertility.


4. Sauna and Steam Bath Influence the Spermatogenic Function

The most suitable temperature for the production of sperm is 35.6℃~36.0℃. If a man often baths with hot water or stays too long in the sauna rooms, his sperm will reduce or die as the his scrotum is heated. Therefore, young men should be wary of washing sauna and the temperature of the bathing water should keep in about 34℃.
