Hello World
I'm still alive and (mostly) well. I think that I might have gotten a little bug last week that made me cough like a lung cancer patient... or maybe it's just the lung cancer developing because of the second-hand cigarette smell. Eh, such is life.
Last week I got Ana time, followed by Andrew, Dru, & Shannon time. Yay! I think that more of that needs to happen. Though, I should not have my contacts in, because yeah.
This week, I got more Ana time at the Second Annual Nutcracker outing. Some "oh, hay, I remember you!" with Rob today. And more catching up with a fellow call center employee in Andrew.
Overall, these last 2 weeks have been pretty decent. Yes, pretty decent indeed.
Actually, I think I have to amend that to this last month. Mom came & helped with apartment organization. And I really do love my mother; however, living with her for 10 days was a bit much in a 1 bedroom apartment in Fife with nothing to do/no convenient bus line. I'm glad that I had cable and internet for her though.
And I actually liked being able to have a nice quiet Thanksgiving. Despite the multiple invites from coworkers, it was nice to have a day to myself. Granted, I don't think that I did anything completely worth while, but I didn't do what I didn't want to do and some of what I should have done (apartment cleaning). But again, such is life.
I'm looking forward to December (hello tomorrow!) and finding a new place, the Mt View Lessons & Carols concert, and more time for myself to be happy... and figure out what I want to do about school.
