I currently live in a beautiful 2-story house off of Germantown Ave in Philadelphia. It's a 2 bedroom, and my sister will be moving out November 1st or Dec 1st. So I would need someone to move in on or between those dates. You'll get: Huge Bedroom with walk in closet, Laundry Room, Basement, Parking Spot. It's all hardwood floors, ridiculously clean, and a spacious kitchen!
$600/per month plus utlities (internet/electric/gas). First/Last/Deposit but I'm willing to cover a bunch for you and we can do a little payment plan thing. And if you honest-to-goodness can't do 600, I'll up my rent by $50, and lower yours to $550.
I'd personally like to live with a Muslim, but any cool person will do. No drinkers, smokers, etc. Please. Male or Female, Relatively clean. Activisty a plus. Liking Bollywood movies a plus.
This house is ridiculously nice, and you will be close to Halal Bilal's Steak and Take, a Co-op, a gym, Chestnut Hill stores, 3 blocks from the R8 train, a block from the bus. I'll send you photos if you want.
