At least in the physical sense.

Regardless, he still stands as the only politically motivated performance artist I've ever liked, and so I stand by my statement.

If you'll take a moment, you'll notice we were talking about what's become of performance art in recent years--we've already covered the fact that it was better in the days of Beuys.

I do love a good discussion, but pay attention if you plan on jumping in.

I did, an in answer to your qualm that it was only you and Mr. Klutch that were saddened by the horrible degeneration of what could have been a marvelous artistic revolution; I responded that it was also Mr. Beuys and I that were irritated and bitter about the current influx of shock pieces and horrifically thought out feminist/anti-war/vegan garbage that monopolizes Washington Square Park these days.

Perhaps I did not make myself clear enough, Sir, I do apologize.
