Chiropractics

One week ago today, I woke up with a serious pain in my back (low Ls and sacral).  It was pretty bad.  By the end of the day it was excruciating. By mid-afternoon Sunday, I could barely stand/walk. Monday morning, the first thing I did was go to the chiropractor. I've always had success with chiropractors before with my mild aches and pains related to job stress and such on already bad hips. But just walking in that day was chore.

He saw me twice on Monday and then everyday this past week.  Fortunately it was one of those weeks where I didn't have to work all week, until last night (Friday night).  By Thursday my back felt great but I was having shooting pain down through my right hip.  He told me that was the nerves waking up.  It was awful.  I was thinking to myself, Friday night is coming fast, how am I going to work that shift, let alone the whole weekend.

I went to work Friday night, feeling good, only some minor stiffness after a few hours of being on my feet.  I came home stretched it out and iced it again and am feeling pretty good after sleeping.  We'll see how the next two nights go, but I'm confident all will be will.

The point of my story, I love my chiropractor and so should you!  From crippled to my insane job in less than a week.
