FIIIIIIIIIVE DEAD-LY VENOMMMMMSSSS (ba dum dum dum)
Okay, I need help coming up with a martial arts/chambara themed cover of the Twelve Days of Christmas, mostly because I just realized that the subject line scans really well. Here's the low-hanging fruit I've come up with so far:
TEN FINGERS OF DEATH (Thanks Phil)
LEGEND OF THE EIGHT SAMURAI (Thanks Phil)
SEVEN SAMURAI
SIX TIMES SIX CHAMBERS OF SHAOLIN (Thanks Tesla)
FIVE DEADLY VENOMS
HEROIC TRIO
DEADLY DUO
THE ONE-ARMED SWORDSMAN
I'm considering letting DIRTY DOZEN squeak in if I can't think of anything better. I also realize that THREE... EXTREMES maps a lot better but HEROIC TRIO is much more apropos. Similarly, ONE-ARMED SWORDSMAN doesn't map well at all and there's probably a lot of other ones that could fit but it's too perfect.
Also, there needs to be a way to get 36 CHAMBERS OF SHAOLIN in there somehow.
