Rumor Mill: Zachary Randolph to Memphis for Darko & Marko
I really really hope this is true.
Not because I have a horse in this race, or because I have an opinion on how it affects either team--I don't.
But because I find the idea of someone trading for Marko Jaric AND Darko Milicic to be utterly hilarious.
Admittedly, trading for Zach Randolph is pretty effed up too, so this could just be the ultimate junk for junk trade. I suppose the future Mrs. Jaric would be pleased with the move to NY.
While I am on the subject of the NBA, I would like to state I have been inspired by this guy to propose that Mario Chalmers & Darrell Arthur be given the collective nickname "Fear and Loathing." I don't care which is which; either is fine.
