Okay, I think I'm turning more gay...I seem to be really enjoying musicals more and more these days. Of the musicals I've experienced, only Andrew Lloyd Webber's stuff still disappoints me. "The Producers," "Hairspray," "Avenue Q," "Wicked"....I seem to enjoy all those...a great deal. And really appreciate the genius of their musical numbers from a compositional standpoint. Composers of musicals seem to master vocal counterpoint.
On a lower note, PLEASE keep RexxWolfe in your thoughts and prayers (or however you choose to define the sending of positive spiritual energy, if you do such things)--he's going through a really rough and scary time medically right now.
Oh, and my throat's all better now--the medicine worked like a charm. That, or else my taking the medicine coincided with the illness going away on its own and the medicine itself actually did nothing. Still, I'm all better.
