The Call
Erf...so I was, in a manner of speaking, dumped last night by that Fur I mentioned in my last post. I don't even feel like recapping all the drama, other than to say it's suspected he's something of a liar and a thief, and it breaks my heart to think that he'd be doing anything like that.....I really loved him... But after the victimized friends confronted him about it, essentially accusing him without proof (but with reason enough to suspect), he decided to dump the whole lot of us, saying that he doesn't want to even talk to another Furry ever again.
It makes me fear that perhaps I'm too eager to give out my heart. And I think, once again, it's all due to the changes I've been going through: I crave a life so vastly different than the one I have now, and perhaps I've been jumping at too many opportunities to spice things up for me without really considering the consequences. I guess another lesson learned for me...
So I needed to clear my head last night and get out of the house, so I took a walk, ended up at the movie theater close by to the house, and decided to watch Prince Caspian. It was okay--not as good as the first Narnia movie--but still decent enough and worth a watch, if you're into that sort of thing. But the song at the end really caught me off guard, because the lyrics just spoke to what I've been feeling, hoping that maybe he'll rescind his words from last night and everything will be okay...
