Wow, well, would you believe I almost was starting to miss doing Plyometrics, since I didn't do it last week (recovery week)? Hehe. I think I really paid for those times I cheated on my diet recently. Anyways--today is my Day 30 since starting P90X, so I got stats and photos!
Day 0 of P90X (04/16/08):
Weight - 200 lbs.
Body Fat - 15%
Chest - 41.5”
Waist - 39”
Hips - 38”
Day 30 of P90X (5/16/08):
Weight - 196 lbs.
Body Fat - 13.5%
Chest - 41”
Waist - 38.5”
Hips - 37.5”
I don't feel I've made too much improvement...but I can notice a bit more muscle definition in the back and just a touch less belly, too. Just gotta keep at it!

Day 1 (1/11/08):
Weight - 250 lbs.
Body Fat - 29.5%
Chest - 49.5"
Waist - 51"
Hips - 44.5"
Day 128 (5/16/08):
Weight - 196 lbs.
