alas no time to write
J lost his job, or really the company he worked for imploded a couple of months ago. He's been looking for work here, in LA, SF, the other meccas of computing, gaming etc. He's been doing some consulting work in the interim. It's meant a lot of time on the road for him, the possibility of having our lives up-ended as far as where we live, although we'll finish the school year for the boys regardless of where he gets his next job and I need to deliver my surrogates here, where my medical machinery is in place. playing solo mommy is wearing and doesn't leave me a lot of room for an interior life. pregnancy going well but it feels like an uphill slog at this point.
