King

stats

• swift [NRM]
• agility [PSY]

→ King is somewhat silly, very friendly and straightforward. If he wants pettings, he'll headbutt you (gently) until he gets them. He preens, prances and shows off for pretty girls, and he likes to fight, but he's never vicious. He appreciates a fair fight and a hard-earned victory, so he doesn't like battling lower-level Pokémon. He does his best to please his trainer, because she's a pretty girl, too, so he always wants to impress her.

Quistis kept Ana on the trip back, during which time Ana evolved into an Arbok. She's a very clever battler, and tends to think up her own strategies on the fly, often surprising her trainer.

Humans he's familiar with can get away with touching him, but not excessively; he tolerates Pokémon he's familiar with, but only barely. Lower-level Pokémon aren't considered to be worth his time.

Doom

• grass whistle [GRS]
• mist [ICE]
• ice shard [ICE]
• ingrain [GRS]

→ Doom is a mellow sort of guy who's not easily panicked. It takes a lot to throw him off his game. He's watchful over his teammates and his trainer, even if he doesn't seem that way; you'd be hard pressed to inflict any harm on them before he noticed. So long as you're kind to his teammates and trainer, he's fairly docile, too - he likes to be petted and played with, but he hates being carried around.

Doom went wild when Quistis went home.

Whether her opponents are drastically weaker or embarrassingly stronger than she is, she'll throw her all into every fight. Losses don't daunt her, either - she takes them in stride and continues to do her best to get stronger and stronger.

Blitz went wild when Quistis went home.

It seems as though he recognizes how careful he has to be with humans and smaller Pokémon due to his size; he's exceedingly gentle and almost dainty.

Doomtrain went wild when Quistis went home.
