Is there a phone number somewhere in that legal paperwork? Call the hospital and explain that you can't possibly pay your bills, and ask to set up some kind of payment plan/get help/etc. The more you communicate with them, the more likely they'll (should) be to work with you. The worst thing you can do is not talk to them at all - then they'll think you're just blowing them off and don't give a crap about your bills, which isn't the case.
