I actually have news to post

So I bought a house today. Its actually kinda funny. I feel like I should throw a party in the basement like a fraternity, you know, really introduce myself to the neighborhood. I'd just have to remember to invite them.

Next up, dog!

Where is it? Pics? Can I come to the fraternity party like old times? I'll totally grab your ass in front of your gf old school style.

Yeah, I'll have to snap a few and throw them up on myspace or facebook.

The place is in Brockton, near Thorney Lea.

Yeah, my neighbors are going to hate me.

No way I join the Lea. I golf MAYBE 3 times a year and suck at it, then there's the whole $25,000 enrollment fee. . . .

Its cauz you're muscles are too big. I'm actually starting lessons in a few weeks so we'll see - I may be a CC member sooner rather than later!

25k for TL - that's a little astronomical, no? I don't even think it's that much for exclusive places like Pinehills.

So you're not just flipping this house right? You're actually going to reside there? Are you doing it alone or your bro going there with you?

You couldn't handle a dog - it's a huge friggan commitment. Have to be home to let them out, etc...kinda a pain in the ass but they ARE worth it!

Ha, actually I do pretty good for a casual golfer when I go and people say I have good form, but I spend all summer going to the beach instead of the golf course, you know?

I've never been to Pinehills or the Lea. I always heard that the Lea was very prestigious? At least it looks that was from the outside. I guess it's just more money that I'd want to spend on it. I'd rather save up and buy a place in Newport or the Cape in a few years, which is also why I bought a small place (it's a ranch, about 17-1800 sq ft).

I'm not plannin on flipping it at all. Kinda took me a long time to find a place that I liked in a location that I liked for the right price/interest rate and all that.

Regarding the dog, I can bring my dog to work and just keep it on the site, so that will make it a lot easier.
