Summary: Conan just arrived at Malaise and is exploring...
Date/Time: Day 20/ free time
Conan set his bags lightly in a corner of the room due to the fact that he was unsure which bed was supposed to be his. It mattered little to him because he did not plan on spending much time here. There was little doubt in his mind that this place was run by the Black Organization. So far he had not met anyone dressed in black, but that meant nothing. They were most likely oblivious to the under workings of the asylum. They probably hired many people to look after the people they trapped here.
The only thing Conan had to do before escaping was find Ran. On the trip to Malaise she had disapeared and he was sure it was the workings of the Black Organization. They were probably holding her here just like they were holding him. As soon as he found and rescued Ran they could leave together and go back to Japan.
The first step of course was to get out of the room. Conan tried to door handle and was surprised when the door swung open. It surprised him even more when he there were no visible guards or cameras. Why was security so lax? Even if the people here were mainly crazies and he had accidentally gotten sent to the wrong room would they really let these people wander the halls? Apparently the answer the disturbing answer was yes.
Indecisively Conan stepped into the hall. Both directions looked nearly identical to him. Which way should he go?
Left he heard his true voice say.
So off he headed to the left. Looking at the hallway he could tell it would be far to easy to get lost so he made sure he got a good look at his room number, 121. Hopefully he wouldn't need to remember.
