Summary: Balthier takes a couple of patients for a short flight. Unfortunately, things go wrong and the plane crashes, leaving them to await rescue

Only two people had expressed interest in joining him for the flight. Balthier hoped they wouldn't try to kill each other; Alfred and Keiichi were absurdly different and the last thing he wanted to do was play mediater while trying to enjoy relaxing time with his beloved airplane.
He made sure he had a spare set of gloves once he noticed how cold it was and waited for the two of them by the doors. Balthier assumed that Fran had already landed and was simply killing time until their arrival. He smiled as he thought of the odds that he'd get to spend a little time with her once the flight was over. She had business to do in town, and couldn't join them
Impatient, he looked up at the clock.
