He stacked the folders up neatly on his desk and idly went to work rearranging the small statues on the tops of the bookshelves. It was a small miracle that none of his valuables had been stolen yet, but Balthier told himself he was just thinking with a pirate's mind rather than a mental patients. After all, what would they do if they stole the bronze figure of two people having sex - display it in their room? They certainly couldn't sell it, not in a place like this.
Balthier made sure he had several bottles of water out, in case anybody wanted it to drink or simply as something to hold onto.
