Title: Everyone Needs A Role Model
Characters: Cloud and Reno
Location: From outside to back inside Cloud's room.
Rating: . . . well, it's Reno. Anything goes, really.
Summary: Someone's not doing so well and someone else thinks he's too cute to be mopey.
Day/Time: Day 52/assuming after the party, since Reno said he was going.

The good days were beginning to become fewer and fewer as time went on. All things considered, he should've been far happier, there were others who had it worse. But he couldn't, he just couldn't. Not today.

He shouldn't have, but he thought about and he kept thinking about his three roommates who he'd been calling his brothers ever since they all met. They had all been so nice to him, the family he never had that he'd always wanted. But in the end, they weren't family. They were taller, their eyes were the same colour, and so was their hair. And their names were similar too. Not at all like Cloud. Cloud was small, with bright blue eyes, and blond. He called those three his brothers, but really, they weren't. They all looked alike, and he was so very different. He really was alone.

His brothers - should he even be calling them that anymore? - had left the room, for therapy or for dinner or something, he wasn't sure what. But that didn't help, the blond felt even more alone. Somehow he'd managed to shuffle his way out of his bedroom, but he didn't get far, coming to a stop just outside the door. Was someone coming to see him?

Doing his best to not just start crying right then and there, the boy slid down to the floor and leaned against the wall, pulling his knees up close to his chest. He wasn't going to cry, Cloud told himself firmly that he wasn't crawling out of his room just to sit in the hall and cry.

He was just going to sit there and feel sad. And wait.
