Good morning and welcome! This is the twelfth day of your therapy here at the Malaise House. Here's your daily schedule!

08h00 Waking Hour
09h00 Vitals
09h30 Breakfast
10h00 Recreational Therapy
11h30 Musical Therapy
12h00 Lunch
13h00 Drug and Alcohol Resistance Therapy
15h00 Room Time
15h00 Free Time
17h00 Dinner
18h00 Individual Therapy
19h00 Art Time
20h00 Weight Training
21h00 Free Time
22h00 Bedtime/Lights Out


08h00 Waking Hour → Take as long as you need, within the hour, to wake yourself up. You may also use this time to take a shower or brush your teeth.
09h00 Vitals → Your weight and blood pressure will be checked. Blood and urine samples will also be taken.
09h30 Breakfast → Froot loops~
10h00 Recreational Therapy → Spent in the gym; today's game is volleyball!
11h30 Musical Therapy → This is a time where you get to try something new~ You'll get to learn how to play instruments or practice on them if you already know how. Supervised by multiple nurses. Optional.
12h00 Lunch → Chicken noodle soup!
13h00 Drug and Alcohol Resistance Therapy → A drug teacher will come in and teach you about certain drugs, and how to resist them! Today's drug is opium.
15h00 Room Time → This half hour must be spent in your room; cleaning, reading, or conversing quietly between room-mates.
15h00 Free Time → Spend this hour and a half doing whatever you feel; in your room, the day room, or the nap room.
17h00 Dinner → Cheeseburgers and french fries!
18h00 Individual Therapy → Spent separately with your individual therapist, talking about personal thoughts or feelings.
19h00 Art Time → Optional; You can do some art in the art room, or spend the time in the day room.
20h00 Weight Training → Optional; Weight lifting and muscle working. May also be spent in the day room if you wish.
21h00 Free Time → Spend this hour doing whatever you feel; in your room, the day room, or the nap room.
22h00 Bedtime/Lights Out → At this time you must either be in your rooms with the lights out, or in the night room. MUST be in bed by 3 AM.
