shut up and dance everybody
I have no other excuse for writing in my lj than procrastination. I just wrote a terrific paper that I realized has nothing to do with the topic of the paper. Hm. I also realized that I don't know how to site using the format this prof wants. In the Spanish department, they want a different one, so I'm a little lost. I'm in the middle of writing about my experiences as "Roxy Brazinski" as it relates to dance, performativity and gender. Why do I do this? It's like trying to make don Quijote into a novel about Freudian cross-dressing Vikings that came from Atlantis and Egypt at the same time, which I did try to do in my last paper. ?*!#?!
In other news: my life only appears to suck every once and a great while. Nothing sucks (except Toronto) except when my attitude does. Well, my paper kinda sucks, but only because I have yet to make witty references to the class readings and site them appropriately.
