I did finally call and get my blood test results the other day: everything looks good. I had written down numbers, but they're somewhere on my desk at work.

overall cholesterol: 154
ldl and hdl: both good
tryglicerides: good
What else was there? Anyway, my blood looks good, for what it's worth. I weighed 157 at last appoinment, which was on a Friday after the dreadful Sunday/Monday of stomach bug. *That* needs to change.
