So, Holly and I are looking at moving in November, into a condo, into a house, or even into another apartment, who knows?
We differ so much on houses, I like 'em old, with character. Maybe needing a little fixing up here and there, but nothing major, like... running water or something.
The big thing is, its easier, obviously, to find the houses I like in the price range we're looking at.

the point is that I like the houses and think they are beautiful.
the point is also not 'ill bet the neighborhood sucks'
the point is that you can get a huge, old house for half the price of a new house half the size.
(that white house is my favorite)
You know what else I want to do? I want to open an arcade. Man, wouldnt that fail? It'd be fun though, I wish there was a better demand. Theres an arcade in god knows where called 1984 that has a great idea - a cover charge and all the machines set to free play. That's about the only way I could see an arcade lasting these days. Youd only need one or two at most people working, and you could make extra money via snack booth.
about a $10,000 startup maybe, charge 5$ per person, make the 10k back after 2k people come through... not including rent/taxes/utils of course.
Finding a good spot for it would be hard. And looking at the shitty dayton mall arcade, yuck, could it even go in around here? I think everything ever could be succesful next to a college, so if anywhere, I'd think to put it near WSU. (OSU and UC would be too far for me to go everyday, i think)
What I'd want with it more than all else, though, would be to have The Sheikster come in and do a LOT of art.
what's all of this called, a Pipe-Dream or something?
Get a bunch of the classics in there, have Sheik paint side-art on whatever didnt have any... man, that'd be sweet... If I had the money I'd go for it, too... whelp, /dream over
