I am shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!
Both the University and Metro Transit have fleets of brand new buses. I was idly looking around one the other day and noticed that the regular trio of "No..." signs had been expanded. "No food or drink," "No music without headphones" and "No smoking" have now been joined by "No littering" and "No gambling." The "No littering" doesn't surprise me, given the state of many of the buses, but "No gambling?" I'm on these buses for hours every week and I've seen food and drink (sometimes ended up wearing them, in fact). I've seen music without headphones (and headphones so loud they might as well not be there). I've seen people sneaking cigarettes and dropping the empty cartons on the floor. I have never once seen anything that even hints at gambling on the bus.
