Over the Christmas holidays I made a Victoria sponge cake because I saw one on Masterpiece Theatre (Arthur and George). I took a picture of it. It was yummy, possibly my new favourite kind of cake. It's basically a pound cake recipe with raspberry jam and whipped cream in the middle. Mmm... This is the picture:
