On my last post I shameless plugged my multi-chapter WIP. It will eventually be Mal/River, though it's not there quite yet (in fact, chapter 4 is totally Inara-centric). I thought I'd place it in the hands of the like-minded.

Summary: A year after Miranda, River disappears to try and fix herself. Time passes. When Malcolm Reynold's dealings with the strongest mob ring in the 'verse collide with River's quest for lasting lucidity, the two come to surprising revelations about her past and his future.
Rating: PG 13
Pairing: Het - Mal/Inara, Simon/Kaylee, but mainly Mal/River
Warning: some mild language and implied sexuality
Spoilers/Timeline: POST SERENITY, implying film and tv show spoilers
