A Very Special Kind Of Hell

Feb 06, 2008 01:26

Short Piece Title: A Very Special Kind Of Hell
Disclaimer: I don't own anything, but my sanity, and sometimes, said ownership is in question.
Word count: 1,469 (According to MW)
Rating: PG-13
Genre: Hmm, tiny bit of everything I'd say. Insignificant angst, small fluff, tiny humor and just a few smutty hints, nothing overbearing.
Pairing: Mal/River
Time line: Somewhere far into a Serenity future?
Feedback isn't mandatory, but it helps fix the ozone layer in my brain.
Author's Note: I haven't written Mal/River in such a long while, I wouldn't be surprised if this was bad, especially since it deviated completely from what I had originally imagined in bed 4 days ago. Oi. But the muse hasn't been in a Firefly mood in... months, so I decided to be quiet and let her lead, for once. This is Unbeta'd, so anything misspelled or the like, I accept full blame... though 90% of the blame should go to college, homework and work. They've mushed my brain. This includes basic grammar.
