I ain't a man of faith.
Don't believe in no God nor any afterlife he got to offer.
Wouldn't want no afterlife he had no ways anyways, given the mess he made of this life for so many folk. If there was a him, which there ain't.
There is something else though, whether you call it the Wheel or whatever other gorram name you fancy. Life keeps going, things keep moving, everything comes due. If not in this life, in the next.
So I suppose that means I believe in a life after this, even if it ain't no afterlife.
A chance to fix things, maybe. I'd like too. But that ain't what the Wheel cares about. It don't care about nothing at all. It ain't got thoughts, just purpose, and that's to achieve balance.
Way things are going? Looks like that ain't happening any time soon.
